February 11, 2016 – Arina Shulga was a panelist at a panel on crowdfunding organized by Brooklyn Business Law Association at Brooklyn Law School.  The discussion was very interesting and informative.  Co-panelists included Georgia Quinn, the CEO of iDisclose, a platform that enables companies raising money through crowdfunding prepare their own Form C and other legal documents.
