Ignacio Celis-Aguirre joined Ross & Shulga PLLC as a PGIP Intern in November 2017 and then as an associate in February 2018. Mr. Celis-Aguirre is interested in corporate and transactional law, especially all stages and aspects of a startup’s lifecycle. Mr. Celis-Aguirre is also fascinated by the intersection of law and technology and the emerging companies in that space.

During law school, Mr. Celis-Aguirre took part in the Penn Law Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, advising clients on real estate, governance, and regulatory issues. Mr. Celis-Aguirre also drafted a variety of legal documents including privacy policies, contracts, governance documents, and memos in emerging fields of law and technology. Prior to joining Ross & Shulga PLLC, Mr. Celis-Aguirre interned at a boutique employment law firm, where he engaged in extensive case management, legal research, and writing assignments. He is a native Spanish speaker.

Mr. Celis-Aguirre is admitted to the New York bar.
